Retail & D2C

A store that fits how India actually buys.

We have built storefronts for leather goods, florists and lifestyle brands, so we know where Indian e-commerce differs from the templates: UPI and COD are not optional, GST invoicing has to be automatic, and shipping integration decides whether fulfilment scales. We build stores around those realities rather than bolting them on afterwards.

What usually goes wrong

  • Checkout that does not take UPI

A template built for international cards quietly loses most of an Indian cart at the final step.

  • A storefront identical to every competitor

The same theme, the same layout, nothing that makes the brand memorable enough to return to.

  • Stock counts that disagree

Website, WhatsApp orders and the physical shop each believe something different, and somebody gets an apology call.

  • Customers asking "where is my order?"

Every untracked shipment becomes a support conversation that could have been an automatic message.

What we build about it

  • Custom storefront

A catalogue and buying path designed to your brand rather than a theme, with the speed and structure to actually rank.

  • Indian payments & GST

Razorpay checkout with UPI, netbanking, cards, wallets and COD, plus GST-compliant invoices generated per order.

    E-Commerce →
  • Inventory & fulfilment sync

One stock number across web, WhatsApp and shop floor, with shipping integration and low-stock alerts.

  • WhatsApp order updates

Confirmation, dispatch and tracking sent automatically, which removes most of the "where is my order" support load.

FAQ

Retail & e-commerce questions

Straight answers, with real numbers. If yours is not here, ask — we reply within 48 hours.

  • Should I use Shopify or a custom store?

Shopify if you want your team running everything day to day and your catalogue fits its model — it is genuinely good and we build on it. Custom when the buying path is unusual, when you need deep integration with existing systems, or when the per-order platform fee starts outweighing a one-time build.

  • Can the store handle COD?

Yes, and for most Indian D2C categories it still matters. We wire COD alongside UPI, netbanking and cards through Razorpay, with the order flow and fulfilment built to handle COD reconciliation rather than treating it as an edge case.

  • How much does an online store cost?

A Shopify or WooCommerce setup with payments and launch starts at ₹25,000. A custom storefront with bespoke catalogue and checkout starts at ₹80,000. A multi-vendor marketplace starts at ₹2,50,000. Catalogue size and integrations move the final figure — we quote fixed within 48 hours.
