• How much does an AI agent cost in India?

  Cost is driven by call or message volume, how many languages the agent handles, whether it needs to read your own documents (RAG), and how deeply it writes back into your CRM. A template-based WhatsApp flow and a multi-agent voice system booking appointments in Hindi are very different builds. We do not publish rate cards, because the honest range is wide enough that any published figure would mislead most readers. • Can the AI voice agent speak Hindi?

  Yes. Our call agents handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi, Hinglish and English, using Whisper for speech-to-text and ElevenLabs for speech synthesis, connected through Exotel or Twilio. They qualify leads, book appointments, answer FAQs and log the outcome to your CRM.

• Which WhatsApp API do you use?

  The official WhatsApp Business API. That matters because unofficial libraries risk your number being banned, which takes your customer support channel down with it.

• Can an AI agent answer questions about my own products or documents?

  Yes — that is a RAG knowledge agent. We embed your documents, product catalogue or knowledge base into a vector store such as Pinecone or Supabase, and the agent answers from your own data rather than from general model knowledge.

• How quickly do I get a quote?

  Within 48 hours of sending a brief. You get a fixed scope stating what is in and what is out, one firm price for that scope, a delivery date with milestones, and the stack we would use with the reasoning. Prices listed on the site are starting points; your quote is a single number, and it is the number you pay.

• Do you work with businesses outside Vadodara?

  Yes. SoulPlex Studios operates from two offices — Vadodara, Gujarat and Jaipur, Rajasthan — and works with clients across India remotely. Studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–21:00 IST.

• What happens after the project goes live?

  Every build includes handover documentation, and where relevant a walkthrough for your team. Ongoing support and optimisation can be arranged as a retainer if you want us to keep maintaining and extending the system.
