Can you connect two systems that have no integration?
Usually. If both expose an API, a webhook, a database or even a scheduled file export, there is a path. We build the middleware between them with retries, idempotency and monitoring, so a third-party hiccup does not silently drop your data.
What happens when a third-party API changes?
You find out from an alert rather than a customer. We instrument integrations with error tracking and health checks, and version our own APIs so downstream consumers do not break when we change something.
How much does an integration cost?
Cost is driven by the number of edge cases rather than the number of endpoints. Retries, idempotency, partial failures and rate limits are where the work actually is. A one-way webhook and a two-way SAP bridge with reconciliation are very different. We do not publish rate cards, because the honest range is wide enough that any published figure would mislead most readers. Do you work with businesses outside Vadodara?
Yes. SoulPlex Studios operates from two offices — Vadodara, Gujarat and Jaipur, Rajasthan — and works with clients across India remotely. Studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–21:00 IST.
What happens after the project goes live?
Every build includes handover documentation, and where relevant a walkthrough for your team. Ongoing support and optimisation can be arranged as a retainer if you want us to keep maintaining and extending the system.
