Modern interfaces on top of the SAP you already run.
Manufacturers running SAP rarely have an SAP problem — they have an interface problem. The data is there; getting it in and out takes a trained operator and eleven screens. We build custom Fiori applications and BTP extensions that put usable interfaces on existing S/4HANA processes, side by side with the core rather than modifying it, so your upgrade path stays clean.
What usually goes wrong
SAP GUI transactions nobody wants to use
Eleven screens and a transaction code to do one thing, so people avoid it and the data arrives late or not at all.
Shop floor data captured on paper
Production, downtime and quality recorded by hand, then typed into SAP hours later by someone else.
Approvals waiting on someone at a desk
Purchase requisitions and quality releases stuck because approval requires SAP access from a workstation.
SAP that cannot talk to anything else
Vendors, logistics partners and customers all needing information that lives behind a system they cannot reach.
What we build about it
Custom Fiori applications
Role-based UI5 apps replacing specific GUI transactions — usable on a tablet on the shop floor, not just a desktop.
SAP Development →BTP side-by-side extensions
Custom workflows, approval apps and process automation on SAP BTP, leaving the core system untouched.
SAP Development →Shop-floor & mobile capture
Offline-capable capture of production, downtime and quality data that syncs into SAP rather than onto a clipboard.
Mobile Apps →Vendor & customer portals
Self-service portals over OData so partners can see PO status and upload invoices without SAP access.

FAQ
Manufacturing & enterprise questions
Straight answers, with real numbers. If yours is not here, ask — we reply within 48 hours.
Will custom apps break our SAP upgrade path?
Not if they are built side by side. We develop extensions on SAP BTP that talk to S/4HANA over OData rather than modifying core objects, so upgrades do not have to account for our code. Modifying the core is what turns an upgrade into a project.
Can shop-floor staff use it without SAP training?
That is usually the whole point. A Fiori app scoped to one job — record output, log downtime, release a batch — needs no transaction codes and no SAP training. The complexity stays in the integration layer where it belongs.
What does SAP Fiori development cost?
A single-screen Fiori app with OData integration starts at ₹80,000. A multi-screen app with a CAP backend and role-based access starts at ₹2,50,000. BTP extensions start at ₹1,50,000. Landscape complexity drives the final number — we scope it and quote fixed within 48 hours.
