Bharat PolyWorld

Web, Android and iOS operations system for a plastic-recycling manufacturer in Vapi, notebooks and phone calls replaced by one live database for stock, production, payroll and approvals.

Bharat PolyWorld: Manufacturing project by SoulPlex Studios

Overview

Bharat PolyWorld runs plastic-recycling and packaging units in Vapi, Gujarat. Before this system the business lived in notebooks: every day someone wrote up production, stock, attendance and cash by hand, each unit was managed person to person over phone calls, and the owner had no single view of any of it. Every step of the chain, scrap purchase, granule production, roll extrusion, bag and pouch conversion, dispatch, is now one stock ledger per unit, so material moves out of one stage and into the next and the owner sees the whole business on one screen. Unit managers enter production, purchases, attendance and expenses from a phone on the shop floor; entries made without signal are queued on the device and synced when the network returns. Purchase orders, deliveries and payments go through owner approval, and every report exports to Excel. The result: the daily notebook updates are gone, attendance and cash flow are tracked in the system instead of on paper, managers stopped calling in figures, approvals take a tap instead of a visit, and the owner manages every unit and every person from one phone. Private client system, no public demo.
