Logistics

Know where it is before the customer asks.

Logistics businesses spend a surprising amount of their day answering "where is my order". We build the dispatch systems, driver apps and automated customer updates that answer it before it is asked. Our ShieldRoute work was built around gig delivery riders and the conditions they actually work in, so patchy connectivity and phone-first workflows are assumptions we start from.

What usually goes wrong

  • "Where is my shipment?" all day

Support time spent relaying information that could be a link the customer already has.

  • Dispatch planned on a whiteboard

Route and load assignment by memory and phone calls, with no record of what was decided or why.

  • Proof of delivery on paper

Signed slips that get lost, and disputes that cannot be settled because the evidence is in a van.

  • Driver apps that fail without signal

Tools that assume connectivity, in a job that routinely does not have it.

What we build about it

  • Customer tracking & updates

A tracking link plus automatic WhatsApp updates at dispatch, out-for-delivery and delivered, which removes most inbound queries.

    Automation →
  • Driver app with offline capture

Route list, status updates, photo proof of delivery and digital signature — working offline and syncing when signal returns.

    Mobile Apps →
  • Dispatch & fleet dashboard

Assignment, load planning and live status in one operational view instead of a whiteboard and a phone.

    Data & Dashboards →
  • Partner & marketplace integration

Connecting shipping partners, marketplaces and your own systems so orders flow without re-entry.

FAQ

Logistics & delivery questions

Straight answers, with real numbers. If yours is not here, ask — we reply within 48 hours.

  • Will the driver app work without internet?

Yes, and it has to. Route lists, status changes, photos and signatures are stored locally and sync when connectivity returns, with conflicts resolved on the server. Anything that assumes a live connection is unusable in real delivery conditions.

  • Can customers get automatic WhatsApp updates?

Yes — dispatch, out for delivery, delivered, and delay notifications with a live tracking link. This is normally the fastest return in a logistics build because it removes a large share of inbound support contacts immediately.

  • Can it integrate with Shiprocket or our existing partners?

Yes. We integrate with shipping aggregators, marketplaces and courier APIs so orders and status flow both ways without anyone re-entering data between systems.
