Construction
One source of truth for a site that changes daily.
Construction runs on information that is always slightly out of date — progress reported over phone calls, vendor bills in a drawer, and buyers who only hear from you when they chase. We build project portals, site-tracking tools and buyer-facing update systems that put the current state of a site in one place everybody can see.
What usually goes wrong
Site progress reported by phone call
What is actually built today lives in someone's head and gets relayed inconsistently to everyone who asks.
Vendor and material tracking on paper
Purchase orders, deliveries and bills across registers and WhatsApp, reconciled painfully at month end.
Buyers chasing for updates
Silence between milestones, so buyers phone the sales team, who phone the site engineer, who is on scaffolding.
Project sites that show renders and nothing else
No availability, no floor plans, no real progress — so serious buyers cannot self-serve.
What we build about it
Project & inventory website
Project pages with floor plans, live availability, pricing on enquiry and progress galleries, so buyers can qualify themselves.
Web Development →Site progress tracking
Field-friendly capture of daily progress, photos and issues from a phone, working offline and syncing when there is signal.
Mobile Apps →Vendor & purchase management
Purchase orders, deliveries, approvals and bills in one system with an audit trail instead of a drawer.
Custom CRM & ERP →Buyer update automation
Milestone updates and payment reminders sent to buyers automatically over WhatsApp, which removes most inbound chasing.

FAQ
Construction & builders questions
Straight answers, with real numbers. If yours is not here, ask — we reply within 48 hours.
Will site engineers actually use it?
Only if it works the way a site works — on a phone, in bad light, with patchy signal, in under a minute. We build field tools offline-first with photo capture and the smallest possible number of taps, because anything heavier gets abandoned in week two and you are back to phone calls.
Can buyers see progress on their own unit?
Yes. A buyer portal showing milestone progress, photos, payment schedule and documents for their specific unit. It reduces inbound calls to the sales team substantially, because the answer to "what is happening" is already there.
Can it work alongside Tally or existing accounting?
Yes. We integrate rather than replace — purchase orders and bills can sync to your existing accounting so your CA does not have to change anything, while site and vendor tracking happens in the new system.
