SAAS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
SaaS Products
From an idea to a product people pay for, monthly.
SoulPlex Studios builds SaaS products end to end — the multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing, user and role management, admin tooling and deployment pipeline that separate a product from a demo. Most MVPs ship in 7 to 14 weeks. We build the boring infrastructure properly the first time, because retrofitting tenancy and billing into a working app is the single most expensive rewrite a founder can hit.
What we deliver
- 01
MVP Architecture & Build
The smallest thing that can actually be sold. Multi-tenant data model, auth, core workflow and admin panel — scoped so you can charge for it, not just demo it.

Subscription Billing
Plans, trials, upgrades, downgrades, proration, failed-payment recovery and invoicing via Razorpay or Stripe. GST-compliant invoices for Indian customers.
RazorpayStripeGSTWebhooks - 03
Onboarding & Retention
Signup flow, email verification, guided first-run, usage analytics and lifecycle emails — the difference between signups and active accounts.
OnboardingPostHogEmailAnalytics - 04
Scale & Operations
CI/CD, staging environments, error tracking, database backups and monitoring, so shipping on a Friday is not a gamble.

SaaS Products questions
Straight answers, with real numbers. If yours is not here, ask — we reply within 48 hours.
How long does a SaaS MVP take?
Seven to fourteen weeks for an MVP with a multi-tenant data model, auth, the core workflow, an admin panel and working billing. The range is mostly about how many integrations the first version genuinely needs.
Why does multi-tenancy matter from day one?
Because retrofitting it is the most expensive rewrite a founder can hit. Once real customer data is in a single-tenant schema, separating it touches every query, every permission check and every migration. Building it in at the start costs days; adding it later costs months.
Can you add billing to a product we already built?
Yes. A billing retrofit — plans, trials, upgrades, proration, failed-payment recovery and GST-compliant invoicing via Razorpay or Stripe — is quoted per project, and depends mostly on how your existing user and permission model is structured.
How quickly do I get a quote?
Within 48 hours of sending a brief. You get a fixed scope stating what is in and what is out, one firm price for that scope, a delivery date with milestones, and the stack we would use with the reasoning. Prices listed on the site are starting points; your quote is a single number, and it is the number you pay.
Do you work with businesses outside Vadodara?
Yes. SoulPlex Studios operates from two offices — Vadodara, Gujarat and Jaipur, Rajasthan — and works with clients across India remotely. Studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–21:00 IST.
What happens after the project goes live?
Every build includes handover documentation, and where relevant a walkthrough for your team. Ongoing support and optimisation can be arranged as a retainer if you want us to keep maintaining and extending the system.
