Restaurants & cafes

Stop renting your customers from a delivery app.

Delivery platforms take 20–30% of every order and keep the customer data. For a restaurant with regulars, that is a large recurring cost for a relationship you already own in person. We build the QR menus, direct ordering and WhatsApp reservation systems that let you serve those regulars directly — we have shipped an interactive digital menu platform, so the category is familiar.

What usually goes wrong

  • Aggregator commission on every order

20–30% on orders from customers who already know you and would happily order direct if there were a way.

  • Printed menus that are wrong by Tuesday

Prices change, items run out, and reprinting is slow and expensive — so the menu quietly stops matching the kitchen.

  • Reservations lost to a busy phone line

The phone rings during service, nobody can answer, and the booking goes to whoever picks up first.

  • No idea who your regulars are

The platform holds the customer list. You cannot message your own regulars about a new menu or a quiet Tuesday.

What we build about it

  • QR digital menu

Scan-to-view menu with photos, categories, dietary tags and instant price updates. No app to install, no reprinting when the kitchen changes.

  • Direct ordering & payments

Take orders on your own site with Razorpay and UPI checkout, so the margin the aggregator was taking stays with you.

    E-Commerce →
  • WhatsApp reservations

A bot that takes table bookings, confirms them, and sends a reminder — running through service hours without tying up a person.

    AI Agents →
  • Regulars & repeat marketing

Build your own customer list and message it about new menus, offers and quiet nights, instead of paying a platform to reach people you already know.

FAQ

Restaurants & cafes questions

Straight answers, with real numbers. If yours is not here, ask — we reply within 48 hours.

  • How does a QR digital menu work?

A QR code on the table opens your menu in the phone browser — no app install. You update prices and availability from a dashboard and the change is live immediately, so an item that ran out at lunch is off the menu by dinner.

  • Can customers order directly instead of through Zomato or Swiggy?

Yes. We build direct ordering with Razorpay checkout supporting UPI, cards and COD. You keep the margin the aggregator was taking and, more importantly, you keep the customer record so you can market to them later.

  • What does a restaurant website cost?

A digital QR menu starts at ₹12,000. A restaurant website with menu, gallery and reservations starts at ₹40,000. Adding direct ordering with payments starts at ₹25,000 on top. Final cost depends on menu size and whether it integrates with your POS — we quote fixed within 48 hours.
