Agencies

The build team you can put your own name on.

Agencies turn down work for one of two reasons: no capacity, or no capability in that stack. We work as a white-label build partner so neither has to be a lost pitch. You keep the client relationship and the brand; we build. Fixed scope, direct access to the developer doing the work, and no contact with your client unless you want us on the call.

What usually goes wrong

  • Turning down work you could have sold

The pitch is winnable, the timeline is not, because everyone is booked on existing projects.

  • Capability gaps mid-pitch

The client wants an AI agent, a mobile app or SAP integration, and it is outside what the team has shipped before.

  • Freelancers who go quiet

Cheap until the week they stop replying, and you are the one explaining it to the client.

  • Margins eaten by rework

Vague scope, endless revisions, and a build that costs more than it was sold for.

FAQ

Agencies (white-label) questions

Straight answers, with real numbers. If yours is not here, ask — we reply within 48 hours.

  • Will you contact our client directly?

Not unless you ask us to. The default is that we work entirely through you — you own the relationship and the communication. Some agencies prefer us on technical calls as their team; that is fine too, and it is your call, not ours.

  • How is white-label work scoped and priced?

The same way as direct work: you send the brief, we return a fixed scope and one firm price within 48 hours. You mark it up however you like. Fixed scope matters more here than anywhere, because your margin is the gap between our number and yours.

  • Can you match our existing stack and conventions?

Yes. If you have a codebase, a component library or conventions your team follows, we work inside them rather than importing ours. The handover should look like your team wrote it, otherwise white-label is not really white-label.
